We prepeare our Sirloin joint roast beef to order inhouse using traditional breeds of cattle bred in Great Britain. We dry age for a minimum of 28 days to maximise the tenderness and flavour of the meat, before de-boning and rolling to make this classic of roast joints.

The preferred payment option is via BACS bank transfer initiated by yourself. Monthly payments for rental should be set up as a standing order, again, initiated by yourself. Payment information is therefore never taken by us or transferred to us either through our website or otherwise. None of your bank details, for instance, are stored on our systems.
