For a show stopping gammon this Christmas, look no further.

Our gammons are sourced from an artisan pork curer using the traditional Wiltshire curing method. To add the refined aroma, a unique combination of wood chips are used during the smoking process. They use only the finest Free Range British pork to make their Wiltshire cured gammons and bacon.

Our gammons come from the back legs of the pig and we then cut and prepare these for you into the traditional horseshoe.
