Our gammons are sourced from an artisan pork curer using the traditional curing method. They use only the finest Free Range British pork to make their cured gammons.

Our gammons come from the back legs of the pig and we then cut and prepare these for you into the traditional horseshoe.

The preferred payment option is via BACS bank transfer initiated by yourself. Monthly payments for rental should be set up as a standing order, again, initiated by yourself. Payment information is therefore never taken by us or transferred to us either through our website or otherwise. None of your bank details, for instance, are stored on our systems.

When you contact us, whether by telephone, through our website or by e-mail, we collect the data you have given to us in order to reply with the information you need.
