Our Sirloin joint roast beef will be prepared to order inhouse using traditional breeds of cattle bred in Great Britain. We will be dry ageing for a minimum of 28 days to maximise the tenderness and flavour of the meat, before de-boning and rolling to make this classic of roast joints.
